Privacy policy
My HQ is a prototype for a private personal dashboard. The current experience keeps each account in a distinct workspace and is designed around clear separation between user data, but this build does not yet include a production database layer or full opt-in sharing controls.
Data isolation
Each account is presented as a separate dashboard experience with independent workspaces, categories, reminders, and export data. The current prototype is designed around a per-user model, but the full backend enforcement is planned rather than live.
Backup ownership
Backup exports are treated as user-owned artifacts in the prototype. The final production flow will define the exact storage, retention, and retrieval controls for those files.
Security
The product direction includes secure authentication, encrypted transport, strict input validation, and planned rate limits. Those protections are intended for the production build and are not all fully implemented in this prototype.
